Class went by quickly today, faded in and out of french consciousness. Our class spent more time in labo today listening to 6 sentences. One of our assignments is to fill in the blanks with two or three words from each sentence. Paul and I went back to labo after lunch and stayed there for over an hour listening to 6 sentences, sometimes just part of a sentence....sometimes just isolating a word to two. Do you have any idea how many times you can listen to 6 sentences in one hour?
Beaucoup....that's how many. But you know what? This is how I feel. Listening is very difficult, but it's coming along.
